All orders completed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day.

Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify data such as order content, delivery address, delivery method, recipient name, etc.

You can return one or more items up to 30 days after the delivery date of your order. In order for returns to be approved and refunds to be processed, items must be in perfect condition and have all labels intact.

For orders returned from Italy, we currently offer free returns. For orders returned from other countries, shipping charges may apply.

We refund items returned no later than 14 days from the day we received your items.

We will refund the value of the items using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color or item, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.

You can purchase gift cards online or in-store.

Gift cards purchased online can only be spent on our online shop.

Gift cards purchased in store can only be spent in our physical stores.

The minimum purchase amount for a gift card is €20 and the maximum is €500. The amount must always be a multiple of €5.

Gift cards purchased on suitebenedict.com are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt by the recipient.
