DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders completed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders received later after 2pm, are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery times are 1-2 working days for shipments to Italy and 3-6 working days for international shipments.

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over 50 Euros. For orders of smaller amounts the shipping cost is 6 Euros.

In-store pickup is available at some selected stores. Delivery times vary from 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email when your order has been processed, with a tracking link and tracking code.

RETURNS:

It is possible to return one or more items purchased by you no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returns from Italy are completely free.

For returns from other regions, shipping costs may apply. At the moment it is not possible to return items purchased online to our stores.
