All orders made before 2.00 p.m. from monday to fridays are processed and sent on the same day.

Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify data such as order content, delivery address, delivery method, recipient's name, etc.

You can return one or more items up to 30 days after the delivery date of your order.

For returns to be approved and refunds processed, items must be in perfect sellable condition and have all their labels intact.

For orders returned from Italy, we are currently offering free returns. For orders returned from other countries, shipping costs may apply.

We refund items returned value not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your items.

We will refund the items value by the same means of payment which were used for the purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.

You can purchase gift cards both online and in store.

On our online shop you will be able to choose between an e-gift card, that can be spent online, and a traditional gift card that can be spent in our physical stores.

In our physical stores you will only be able to purchase traditional gift cards with credits to be spent in any of our physical stores.

The minimum amount for which you can purchase a Gift Card is €20 and the maximum is €500. The final amount must always be a multiple of €5.

Gift cards purchased on suitebenedict.com are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt by the recipient.
