Returns

You can return one or more items purchased no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in perfect condition and with all labels and tags intact.

We offer free returns from Italy. For returns from other countries, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. It is currently not possible to return items purchased online at our stores.

To return goods for a refund, you can enter your order number by clicking here. Follow the instructions provided to request a return. Once you have completed the return form, you will receive an email confirmation with the correct shipping label to apply to your return package.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as your return is accepted, no later than 14 days.
