Returns
You can return one or more items you purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in perfect condition with all labels and tags intact.
We offer free returns from Italy. For returns from other countries, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Currently, it is not possible to return items purchased online to our stores.
To return merchandise for a refund, you can enter your order number by clicking here. Follow the instructions provided to request the return. Once the procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the appropriate return label to attach to your package.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as your return is accepted, within 14 days.
Exchanges and Replacements
Currently, exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the item and proceed to purchase the new item with a new order.
