01 How can I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase a Suite Benedict Gift Card directly on our website by selecting the desired value and completing the checkout process as usual.
Gift cards purchased online can only be used on our website.
02 What is the purchase amount for a Gift Card?
The minimum purchase amount for a gift card is €20, and the maximum is €500. The amount must always be a multiple of €5.
03 How will I receive the Gift Card?
Once the purchase is complete, the Gift Card is sent in digital format to the email address associated with the order, along with the information needed to use it.
04 How can I use a Gift Card?
During checkout, enter your Gift Card code into the field labeled "Discount code or gift card" and click "Apply." The available amount will be applied to your order total, based on the balance remaining on the Gift Card.
05 Can I use a gift card together with a discount code?
Whether you can use a Gift Card together with a promotional code depends on the terms of the promotion. Enter both during checkout to see if they can be used at the same time.
06 Can I use a gift card for multiple orders?
If, after a purchase, there is still credit available on the Gift Card, you may use the remaining balance for future orders until it is fully exhausted, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Gift Card.
07 What happens if the value of the Gift Card is greater than the order total?
The amount required to pay for the order will be deducted from your Gift Card balance. Any remaining credit will stay available for future purchases.
08 Does the gift card have an expiration date?
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We recommend checking the information provided along with the Gift Card, or contacting our customer service team if you need to verify a specific Gift Card.
09 I’ve lost my gift card code. What can I do?
First, check the email address used for the purchase, including your spam or junk mail folders. If you are unable to retrieve the code, please contact our customer service team and provide the details regarding your Gift Card purchase.
