Returns policy
Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags and labels intact.
Shipping costs
Returns from Italy are free of charge. From abroad, the customer arranges and pays for shipping to the warehouse in Rome.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as your return is accepted, no later than 14 days.
Exchanges and replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, you may return the item and place a new order.
Online and in-store returns
Items purchased online cannot be returned to our physical stores. Similarly, items purchased in-store cannot be returned via the online return process.
